Sin embargo, en su trazado se interpon\u00eda un gran obst\u00e1culo: el oleoducto del Suroeste, una arteria energ\u00e9tica crucial que abastece de combustibles refinados a toda la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">No se trataba de una simple operaci\u00f3n de \u00abdesmontar y sustituir\u00bb. El cliente se enfrentaba a una combinaci\u00f3n perfecta de limitaciones:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>El coste astron\u00f3mico del cierre:<\/strong>&nbsp;Una parada tradicional del oleoducto para su desmontaje provocar\u00eda una interrupci\u00f3n de la cadena de suministro regional y p\u00e9rdidas de ingresos estimadas en millones de d\u00f3lares al d\u00eda. Esa no era una opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Riesgos extremos para la seguridad y el medio ambiente:<\/strong>&nbsp;El tramo de 5,75 km que se iba a abandonar conten\u00eda aproximadamente 760 metros c\u00fabicos de aceite refinado. Realizar \u201ctrabajos en caliente\u201d en una l\u00ednea en tensi\u00f3n en una zona adyacente al n\u00facleo urbano, cerca de una importante obra de construcci\u00f3n, supon\u00eda un riesgo inconcebible de incendio, explosi\u00f3n o contaminaci\u00f3n medioambiental.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Una log\u00edstica y un calendario implacables:<\/strong>&nbsp;El calendario del proyecto del tren de alta velocidad era inamovible. Las obras se desarrollaban en un espacio reducido, cerca de la autopista de Xicheng y de zonas residenciales, lo que exig\u00eda una precisi\u00f3n milim\u00e9trica y una ejecuci\u00f3n impecable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas complejas:<\/strong>&nbsp;La tuber\u00eda, fabricada en acero X60 con un espesor de pared de 7,1 mm, funcionaba a una presi\u00f3n de 3,2 MPa.
