Un tramo de su oleoducto vital Changsha-Chenzhou (Chang-Chen), situado en el condado de Yueyang (Hunan), pasaba alarmantemente cerca de una zona residencial del municipio de Wuyuan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>El activo:<\/strong>\u00a0Se trataba de una l\u00ednea troncal de alta presi\u00f3n DN406,4 mm (16 pulgadas), que transportaba productos refinados a una presi\u00f3n de dise\u00f1o de 10 MPa.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>El riesgo:<\/strong>\u00a0La proximidad a viviendas ocupadas creaba un peligro intolerable para la seguridad p\u00fablica. Cualquier fuga o fallo podr\u00eda tener consecuencias catastr\u00f3ficas. Se trataba de un peligro cl\u00e1sico de \u201cinvasi\u00f3n\u201d que exig\u00eda una soluci\u00f3n inmediata.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>El punto d\u00e9bil del cliente:<\/strong>\u00a0Una reparaci\u00f3n y sustituci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas convencional exigir\u00eda una operaci\u00f3n de cierre completo y prolongado de las tuber\u00edas.
