Un tron\u00e7on de l'ol\u00e9oduc vital Changsha-Chenzhou (Chang-Chen), situ\u00e9 dans le comt\u00e9 de Yueyang (Hunan), passait \u00e0 une distance alarmante d'une zone r\u00e9sidentielle du canton de Wuyuan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>L'atout :<\/strong>\u00a0Il s'agissait d'une conduite principale \u00e0 haute pression DN406,4 mm (16 pouces), transportant des produits raffin\u00e9s \u00e0 une pression nominale de 10MPa.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Le risque :<\/strong>\u00a0La proximit\u00e9 d'habitations occup\u00e9es a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un risque intol\u00e9rable pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique. Toute fuite ou d\u00e9faillance potentielle pouvait avoir des cons\u00e9quences catastrophiques. Il s'agissait d'un risque classique d\u201c\u201dempi\u00e8tement\" qui devait \u00eatre r\u00e9solu imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>La douleur du client :<\/strong>\u00a0La r\u00e9paration et le remplacement d'une canalisation classique n\u00e9cessiteraient une op\u00e9ration de fermeture compl\u00e8te et prolong\u00e9e de la canalisation. Nous avons fourni tout l'\u00e9quipement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9, y compris les machines \u00e0 tarauder \u00e0 chaud DN400 et DN50, les t\u00eates d'obturation, les vannes d'arr\u00eat temporaires et les syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9rivation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Taraudage \u00e0 chaud :<\/strong>\u00a0Dans le cadre de protocoles stricts de maintenance des pipelines \u00e0 haute pression, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 quatre robinets \u00e0 chaud, deux pour les principaux points d'obturation DN400 et deux pour les lignes d'\u00e9quilibrage DN50.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Branchement et isolation :<\/strong>\u00a0Nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 mettre en place les deux bouchons primaires du pipeline, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une zone de travail s\u00fbre et exempte de produits. La section isol\u00e9e a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 purg\u00e9e, ce qui a permis aux \u00e9quipes de soudage du client d'effectuer le remplacement du pipeline en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Contr\u00f4les de la qualit\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 :<\/strong>\u00a0Chaque \u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9gie par un permis de travail \u00e0 chaud de classe sp\u00e9ciale.
