Product Description:

The rotary pipe cutter is designed for cold-cutting large-diameter steel pipes, most stainless steel pipes, as well as ductile iron and cast iron pipes. Its compact design allows operation in confined spaces. Each cutter features a swivel handle that enables single-direction rotation during cutting, while automatically tightening the feed nut every half rotation for consistent performance.

Particularly effective for ductile iron pipes, the long handle provides excellent leverage – pipes often fracture when cut halfway through. The heavy-duty frame ensures stability and durability during operation.

Blade Specifications:
All rotary cutters use universal blades:

• RC58-36 blades for steel and stainless steel
• RC18-30 blades for ductile iron and cast iron
• RCX blades for thick-walled pipes (Order No. 03550, requires 8 RC8-30XR rollers, Order No. 93222)

Manufactured from high-impact tool steel using CNC machining and precision heat treatment, these blades combine thin yet durable edges for fast, efficient cutting – especially effective for stainless steel and ductile iron.
