The company offers full-spectrum pipeline solutions covering all operational phases, including pipeline installation, pressure plugging services, inspection and testing, rehabilitation, emergency repair and maintenance, on-site machining, as well as cleaning and eco-friendly treatment. Additionally, the company engages in independent research, development and sales of pipeline maintenance and emergency repair equipment.

The company holds multiple national certifications including Grade III general contracting qualifications for petrochemical, mechanical & electrical, municipal and construction engineering projects. It maintains specialized Grade II qualifications for waterproofing, anticorrosion and insulation works, along with Grade III qualifications for environmental protection projects. Jinshiwan possesses critical industry certifications for pressure pipeline operations, including GA1-class authorization for long-distance pipeline installation and maintenance, GB1-class certification for utility pipelines, and Class A pressure plugging qualifications for oil and gas transmission pipelines.

Since 2010, the company’s operations have been certified to ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards, complemented by Environmental Management System (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), and GB/T 50430 Compliance certifications. Further accreditations include China’s professional anticorrosion construction certification and special equipment manufacturing licenses for pressure pipeline components, demonstrating its comprehensive technical capabilities and commitment to quality standards in the pipeline service industry.
