Quality Control Measures for Equipment Products
Design Phase
Understand customer requirements to ensure the equipment aligns with their operational habits.
Adopt standardized designs, referencing industry norms and national standards, to ensure feasibility and safety.
Conduct design reviews, involving personnel from technical, production, and quality inspection departments to evaluate design drawings and prevent defects.
Raw Materials Control
Strictly screen suppliers; raw materials must be procured from qualified suppliers and accompanied by material certifications (e.g., material reports, performance test reports).
