Quality Control Measures for Equipment Products

Design Phase

  • Understand customer requirements to ensure the equipment aligns with their operational habits.

  • Adopt standardized designs, referencing industry norms and national standards, to ensure feasibility and safety.

  • Conduct design reviews, involving personnel from technical, production, and quality inspection departments to evaluate design drawings and prevent defects.

Raw Materials Control

  • Strictly screen suppliers; raw materials must be procured from qualified suppliers and accompanied by material certifications (e.g., material reports, performance test reports).

  • Conduct sampling inspections of incoming raw materials and components, including checks on dimensions, material properties, mechanical performance, and other key indicators.

Production Process Control

  • Develop standardized work instructions to regulate operational procedures and ensure workers adhere to drawings and processes.

  • Establish quality control points for critical processes (e.g., welding, heat treatment). Special process instruction cards are created for key steps, with strict adherence to operational, inspection, and data recording requirements, followed by inspection reports.

  • Implement a first-article inspection system, where the first product in a batch undergoes comprehensive testing before mass production proceeds.

Finished Product Inspection

  • Conduct full performance testing on equipment (e.g., hole openers, plugging devices, sealing devices), including leak tests, operational tests, strength tests, and precision inspections.
