Pipeline Lining Restoration

Our trenchless Inserted Hoses (IH) method involves installing a high-pressure continuous composite hose inside your existing metal pipeline. This creates a robust “pipe-in-pipe” composite structure. During operation, the hose tightly adheres to the host pipe, effectively rehabilitating the line from within, restoring integrity, and extending service life without the need for extensive excavation.

Carbon fiber composites represent advanced material technology, originally developed for high-performance aerospace and defense applications. This high-tech product offers an exceptional combination of high strength-to-weight ratio, high stiffness, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, and creep resistance. It serves dual purposes: as a structural material to carry loads and as a functional material, making it ideal for non-intrusive pipeline reinforcement and repair.

Type B Steel Sleeve Repair

The Type B Steel Sleeve is a pressure-bearing repair solution. It consists of two semi-circular steel plates that are longitudinally welded together over the pipeline defect. The ends of the sleeve are then circumferentially fillet-welded to the pipe. This engineered sleeve can withstand both internal pipeline pressure and axial stresses caused by external loading, providing a permanent structural repair.

Type A Epoxy Sleeve Rehabilitation

Our Type A Epoxy Sleeve is specifically engineered for pipeline repair and reinforcement. This product is designed for use in epoxy sleeve restoration technologies, providing a reliable solution to strengthen compromised pipe sections and restore their original pressure capacity.
