Due to the Southwest Refined Oil Pipeline passing through the critical zone of Guang-Zhan High-Speed Rail (Zhanjiang North Station), pipeline relocation is required.

- Start Point Tie-in Location:
- Near Tanshang Village, Haitou Subdistrict, Xiashan District, Zhanjiang (~150m northeast, former Zhanjiang Airport south side).
- Pile No.: ZM002+300 | Burial Depth: ~1.1m
- End Point Tie-in Location:
- Near Hongwuxia Village, Chikan District (under Xicheng Expressway wasteland).
- Pile No.: ZM007+700 | Burial Depth: ~1.2m

- Tee welding, balanced valve spool installatio
