Project Overview
This project addresses safety hazards caused by pipeline encroachment near residential areas in Mayidian Village, Wuyuan Township, Yueyang County, Hunan Province. The existing pipeline, originally installed via directional drilling under National Highway 107, poses risks due to its proximity to populated areas.
Key Construction Details:
- Method: Double-sided single isolation (DN406 double block and bleed) with oil drainage and cold cutting
- Welding Classification: Special-grade hot work permit required
- Location: 56km+400m mark of Chang-Chun Pipeline
