This pipeline safety remediation project involves 1.04km of new pipeline construction along the Ningbo-Yongning Crude Oil Pipeline (Pile 181#+350m to 181#+880m) to eliminate encroachment risks and ensure long-term operational safety.

Key Construction Details:

Location: Jiaxing Nanhu District (Flat terrain, predominantly plains)
Purpose: Remove occupation hazards through pipeline rerouting
Method: Hot tapping and block & bleed isolation for tie-in connections
